"Made faster than I expected"

"Surprisingly decent for the price"
I wasn’t exactly expecting a museum masterpiece at this price, and, shocking, I know, it isn’t one. The canvas is definitely on the cheap side, but once it’s up on the wall it actually looks nice. For the money, I’m happy with it.

My canvas got here in really good shape. The box was sturdy and the corners had plenty of protection, no dents or marks or anything. I was kinda worried about the shipping but it was packed way better then I expected.

"Still holding up really well"
I got a canvas from canvasdiscount.com a while back, maybe around 6 months ago, and I didn’t expect much for the price. But it’s been hanging in my hallway this whole time and it still looks really nice. No fading that I can see, and the corners haven’t started peeling or anything. Also the frame still feels sturdy, which I kind of forgot to even check until recently. So yeah, happy with it overall.

The canvas feels really solid so far. I noticed the material right away, it doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap. I haven’t used it a ton yet, but just handling it, it seems like it’ll hold up well. Overall, yeah, good quality

I don’t get the complaints some people have about tracking because mine was totally fine. My canvas order was easy to keep up with the whole way, and the updates came through quickly. "Easy order, just a lil slow tbh"
Ordering on canvasdiscount.com was easy overall. Uploading my photo went smoothly and the options were clear enough. I did have to click around a bit to find the size I wanted, and checkout felt kinda slow, but it wasn’t a big deal lol. The price was good, and I liked being able to see the preview before paying. "I was a little nervous ordering a..."
I was a little nervous ordering a canvas online since colors can be hard to judge from a phone screen, but it turned out really close to the preview. The colors are maybe a tiny bit darker than I expected, but nothing that makes me regret it. It still looks nice on the wall, and overall I’m happy with how it came out

"Not quite how I pictured it"
I was really looking forward to this canvas because it was a photo that means a lot to me, so I remember feeling a little disappointed when I opened it. Shipping was fine, but the picture was cropped more than I expected and the alignment looked just slightly tilted. It’s still usable, but it doesn’t feel exactly like the image I uploaded. I just wish the preview had matched the final print a bit better

I thought this was just going to be a place for canvas prints, and I was kind of ready to click away. Then suddenly I’m like, wait, they have blankets, mugs, photo books, and a bunch of other photo stuff too? Totally changed my mood. It was actually really convenient having everything in one spot

"Uploading my photo was simple..."
Uploading my photo was simple and didn’t take much time at all. I liked having the preview there because it helped me see what I was actually getting, which is always nice. I did kind of pause for a minute trying to figure out the cropping part, like wait, am I moving the photo or the frame? But once I got it, it was fine. Overall it was smooth and I didn’t run into any real problems. Giving it 4 stars just because that part could be a little clearer.

Hello, i'm just wondering if customers are able to get a refund if their order turns out unsatisfactory? thanks so much!

I cannot get any of my images to upload to this website. every time i pick an image to upload it looks like it is uploading and then just goes away and nothing has uploaded.

Where is my order and why won't you answer my emails? i also tried calling you and kept getting hung up on because you are too busy to answer calls.

How do you deal with poor quality print on canvas? i recently had 5 prints done. 4 are superb. the 16x24 print has dark blue ink smears.
